If you aren’t 100% happy with your item/s, we are more than happy to offer you a store credit.
Please note as we use more than one supplier your order (if more than 1 product) may be shipped in 2 shipments but this will be communicated to you we do not offer refunds unless the garment/s deemed faulty.

*Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns of underwear
*Items must be sent back within 10 business days of receipt of goods at the customers cost.
*Must be a full priced item.
*Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.
*Be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks.
*Returned items will be issued a store credit, unless you have requested an exchange or have been approved for a refund due to an item fault.
*Store credits can only be used by the credit holder and are valid for up to 6 months
*A store credit does not cover shipping costs and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
*The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges including return postage of the replacement garment.
To ensure the package reaches us, we recommend you use a trackable service with Australia Post

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non traceable postage methods or are not received by us. If we do not receive the returned items, we cannot issue an exchange, grant a store credit or provide a refund. We strongly suggest you send your returned items using a traceable postage method.
